Local recruitment agency, Rowlands, are providing essential support to businesses as they navigate their transition back to the workplace. With restrictions starting to ease in Jersey and many businesses looking to create a safe and practical working environment, they wanted to ensure that they offered their support in the most productive way possible.
Partnering with experts in business change, transitions and leadership, Rowlands are bringing highly anticipated, practical courses to the island. Two interactive webinars, Leadership In Times Of Change and Transitioning Back To The Workplace, are being hosted by them in the coming weeks and offered to all businesses and individuals who wish to participate.
Working in conjunction with Jeff Grout (Leadership In Times Of Change) and Resilience Development (Transitioning Back To The Workplace), the courses aim to equip attendees with the tools and skills they need to support their employees, as they start to navigate the somewhat turbulent transition back to the work place.
Managing Director, Jeralie Pallot, comments:
“The journey from lockdown back into the workplace is unchartered territory for us all and it is vital that we arm our leadership teams and our employees with the skills they need to ensure that this path is navigated positively and successfully. It is very likely to be more challenging than the urgent transition out and therefore we will all need to have a clear plan of communication and support for our employees throughout. I am therefore very pleased to be working with Jeff Grout and Resilience Development to bring these inspiring, skills based courses to the island.“
Along with these courses, Rowlands has also been working closely with their clients to ensure that recruitment and onboarding can continue just as effectively through these changes; creating and supporting a virtual process and positive experience for both clients and candidates.
