Maggie joined the Rowlands' team in 2015 working as a Consultant on the temporary recruitment desk, supporting clients and candidates with interim assignments. She then gained experience working within the outsourced pre-employment screening side of the business, carrying out necessary compliance checks for employees on behalf of client companies.
Maggie is now working in an Operations capacity, providing operational support to the team and managing projects for the business. A diverse and crucial role for Rowlands' to help develop services and processes that will enhance our candidate’s and client’s experience. Maggie's background in hospitality and events means she still has a love for fine dining and gastronomical experiences. For anyone who knows the Rowlands' team - loving food is essential to working here.
