With over 30 years of experience in the employment markets across New Zealand, Australia, and Jersey, Jeralie brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role as Non-Executive Director of Rowlands Recruitment. Throughout her career, she has gained extensive business acumen and a deep understanding of the evolving employment landscape.
Jeralie is a Fellow of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals and was a founding Council Member of the Jersey Good Business Charter. Her commitment to advancing the employment sector is further evidenced by her ten years of service as a Member of the Employment Forum in Jersey, where she consulted on minimum wage rates and other key employment-related issues under the guidance of the Social Security Minister. A passionate advocate for innovation, Jeralie is dedicated to enhancing the HR, resourcing, and employment sectors.
