Coronavirus policy

​It’s times like this that we realise the importance of flexibility in business. The ability to adapt to our environment has never been as important as it is now. Coronavirus is a major topic at the moment, and we have very quickly had to accept that people are nervous and taking precautions. Luckily, here at Rowlands, we see no reason to stop conducting business as usual; there might just be a few tweaks along the way.

The last thing we want to do is add fuel to the fire, but we want to ensure that we are putting the wellbeing of our clients and candidates at the forefront. We assure you that we are operating business as usual, but the nature of our business is personal and that means that we are having to adapt slightly to meet the requests of our clients and candidates for the foreseeable future.​

We have state of the art technology, systems and processes in place to ensure that we are able to deal with these recent changes. We are consistently available via our multiple platforms and will conduct our initial interviews over the phone or video call. Further interviews with our clients’ can easily be conducted via video conference or over the phone, so these will also continue as normal. This does not affect how we treat or assess our candidates, or your access to our expert team.
