Before joining Rowlands, Sarah was part of the team delivering the rebrand of a local professional services group. She then joined a local agency, supporting over thirty Channel Island clients with a range of marketing requirements.

Since joining Rowlands in 2017, Sarah has been instrumental in developing the brand and managing all communications channels. She has also delivered a brand refresh for Offshore Payroll following Rowlands becoming a partner in that business. Sarah now supports both Rowlands and Offshore Payroll daily and is responsible for providing the digital roadmaps to both companies.

Sarah enjoys the combination of creative and pragmatic problem solving that her role provides. She also values the mutually supportive environment of the Rowlands team and the sense of community they create.
