Joining the global HR team, you will collaborate with multiple stakeholders across the firm to ensure inclusion becomes embedded in every part of the culture and operations. You will play an active role in the strategic planning and implementation of global inclusion initiatives, finance and budget management, project management, vendor management, as well as communications and administration in order to progress the firm's inclusion strategy.
This role can be based in Jersey, Guernsey or London.
Responsibilities will include:
Working with the inclusion leadership team to develop, implement and manage inclusion initiatives
Collaborating with the Head of HR and wider HR team to deliver achievable strategies to attract diverse candidates, review the recruitment process and develop and retain a diverse workforce
Developing and delivering training sessions with the Head of Learning to raise awareness and understanding of inclusion
Working with the brand and communications team to strengthen the firm’s brand as a firm which values and celebrates diverse talent
Conducting external and internal research, including an employee survey, related to inclusion
Acting as the main point of contact for and management of, inclusion vendors and memberships
Experience and skills required:
Proven experience in a Diversity and Inclusion Manager role for a professional or financial services firm
Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders
Passionate about diversity, equality and inclusion
Driven, self-motivated and ability to work within a team and autonomously
Ability to manage multiple deadlines
