Within this role, you will ensure a smooth and efficient service is provided to the business, assisting with all aspects of the employment lifecycle including overseeing the recruitment team, onboarding, benefits administration and the leaver process. You will be part of a cross-jurisdiction team of three.

Responsibilities will include:
Overseeing the recruitment team
Managing the onboarding process, including pre-screening and induction process
Supporting the leaver process
Managing the probation process, including regularly liaising with new employees during the probation period
Checking and approving various jurisdictional payrolls and overseeing the benefits administration
Experience and skills required:
Either hold CIPD or equivalent (or qualified by experience)
Previous experience of working in a financial services HR function would be an advantage
Confident using Microsoft Office
Ability to handle confidential issues with discretion
Strong commitment to teamwork and ability to manage multiple tasks
