A fantastic opportunity for an HR professional with strong analytical and reporting skills to join the HR team within a leading multi-jurisdictional financial services.

As HR Executive you will ensure a reliable, supportive and proactive HR service is provided to the business, promoting best practice in all areas and maintaining high levels of confidentiality. You will also deliver reports, dashboards, analytics and insights to the business and review requests for additional reports.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing accurate reporting of HR Management Information 

  • Providing support to the resourcing team with recruitment campaigns, interviewing and selecting new hires 

  • Dealing with employee queries and concerns 

  • Supporting the annual salary review process and annual bonus process 

  • Assisting with performance, disciplinary and grievance cases 

Experience and skills required:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience working in a HR administration or other specialist HR role within the financial services industry

  • Ideally hold CIPD Level 5 (or similar) 

  • Previous experience designing and building HR analytics – reports, dashboards, insights and predictive modelling 

  • Excellent analytical skills 

  • Good working knowledge of Jersey Employment Law, UK HR best practice and experience of coaching and developing others
