The Employment Law came into practice in 2003 has a number of separate guidance notes relevant to employment.
The Legislation was updated in 2020 to reflect a number of changes particularly to Family Friendly Rights.

Data Protection Law
As of December 1st 2005 the Data Protection (Jersey) Law 2005 was introduced to Jersey into line with European legislation. This was then amended in 2018 and is now referred to as The Data Protection (Jersey) Law 2018 (“DPJL”).
