Laura Lloyd

Laura joined the Rowlands team in June 2013 as a recruitment administrator initially on a temporary basis, but the team is very glad she made the decision to stay! Since joining Rowlands in 2013, she’s developed experience across the business, including preparing Temporary Payroll.

Laura is Rowlands’ very own Darcy Bussell, holding a Diploma in Performing Arts from the Stella Mann Dance College in London, and the poise her dance training instilled in her still shines. Laura’s is a very busy role with lots of people contact – she is very often the first smile you see when you walk into our Reception area!

Why I Love What I Do?

My role is so varied and every day is completely different to the last. I get to meet so many people with different backgrounds and experiences and help to make their dream jobs come true!
