Responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with administration of trust, companies and foundations on a day-to-day basis
- Effective management of own and junior team member's workload
- Arranging meetings and preparing minutes as required
- Timely management of all payments
- Assisting with relevant compliance matters as necessary
Experience and skills required:
- Hold a relevant professional qualification such as STEP
- Strong experience in trust and company administration
- Knowledge of trust and company law
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good communication skills
