Responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with administration of trust, companies and foundations on a day-to-day basis

  • Effective management of own and junior team member's workload

  • Arranging meetings and preparing minutes as required

  • Timely management of all payments

  • Assisting with relevant compliance matters as necessary

Experience and skills required:

  • Hold a relevant professional qualification such as STEP

  • Strong experience in trust and company administration

  • Knowledge of trust and company law

  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

  • Good communication skills
