A world leading European hedge fund management company is seeking a Lawyer to join their Legal Counsel team.
In this role you will assist on legal matters carried out across the company with a particular focus on Jersey.

Responsibilities will include:
Attending to all legal matters for the company’s Jersey office, involving assisting with the governance framework and being appointed to the boards of a number of group companies
Attending to general corporate legal work for the Jersey office, and the wider group as necessary
Assessing and presenting matters for consideration to corporate group governance bodies and fund boards
Attending to legal matters relating to company’s funds
Negotiating or re-negotiating commercial contracts and NDAs, and assisting with any litigation work, as necessary
Experience and skills required:
2-4 years post qualification experience in a top tier practice of either a Jersey, UK or US firm
Post qualification experience in a funds, corporate or regulatory practice group
Strong document management and drafting skills
Meticulous attention to detail
Experience with advising governance bodies is desirable
