Assistant Manager | Private Clients

Responsibilities will include:

  • Management of client portfolio in a professional manner
  • Assisting in the management and development of team members
  • Liaising with clients on a regular basis providing technical advice as necessary
  • Managing periodic accounts on a client portfolio
  • Reviewing clients’ investment portfolios
  • Preparing for and attending meetings with clients and Directors
  • Seeking legal assistance in relation to drafting legal complex documents

Experience and skills required:

  • In-depth knowledge and proven experience at Assistant Manager level
  • Hold a qualification with the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA), Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), or equivalent
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrable experience of supporting colleagues
