Joining this leading law firm, you will provide secretarial support to the Partners and fee earners in the wills and probate area.

If you have previous secretarial experience, a ‘hands-on’ approach to tasks and good prioritisation skills, this could be the opportunity for you!

Responsibilities will include:

  • Drafting letters and preparing powers of attorney, deeds of indemnity and oaths in support of probate  

  • Organising appointments and attending meetings to take instructions

  • Actively liaising with clients, government departments, banks, and other financial institutions, as required

  • Preparing notices and proof-reading Wills 

  • Assisting with billing and the preparation of invoices

Experience and skills required:

  • Previous secretarial experience 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skill

  • Ability to prioritise multiple tasks 

  • Team player and flexible approach to assisting colleagues
