Joining this leading law firm, you will provide secretarial support to the Partners and fee earners in the wills and probate area.
If you have previous secretarial experience, a ‘hands-on’ approach to tasks and good prioritisation skills, this could be the opportunity for you!
Responsibilities will include:
Drafting letters and preparing powers of attorney, deeds of indemnity and oaths in support of probate
Organising appointments and attending meetings to take instructions
Actively liaising with clients, government departments, banks, and other financial institutions, as required
Preparing notices and proof-reading Wills
Assisting with billing and the preparation of invoices
Experience and skills required:
Previous secretarial experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organisational skill
Ability to prioritise multiple tasks
Team player and flexible approach to assisting colleagues
