Responsibilities will include:

  • Administering a portfolio of clients

  • Processing new business, including carrying out CDD checks and completing account opening and closing forms

  • Keeping up to date with changes in regulatory requirements, to ensure compliance at all times

  • Building strong working relationships with clients

  • Performing valuations, sending these out to clients and arranging for sign off on completion

Experience and skills required:

  • Minimum 5 years’ financial services administration experience

  • Ideally hold an investment or pension qualification

  • Excellent client servicing skills

  • Good understanding of Jersey and UK pension and investment valuations

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
