This is a key role where you will assist with the day to day coordination and management of business operational activities.

This independent trust business offers a decisive and dynamic environment where you will be encouraged and supported to develop your skills further.

No two days will be the same in this fast-paced role, therefore you will need to proactively approach each task, always looking to deliver excellent service to clients, staff and shareholders

Responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with issues logged regarding online banking platforms

  • Setting up and managing user access for banking platforms​

  • Collecting and recording CDD​

  • ​Accurately updating and maintaining files and registers

  • Supporting investment monitoring, including uploading reports and inputting data ​

Experience and skills required:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a trust company environment​

  • Previous business support/trust operations experience​

  • Familiarity working with banking platforms​

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills​

  • Ability to work well within a team or independently using own initiative​
