This is a key role where you will assist with the day to day coordination and management of business operational activities.

No two days will be the same in this fast-paced role, therefore you will need to proactively approach each task, always looking to deliver excellent service to clients, staff and shareholders
Responsibilities will include:
Assisting with issues logged regarding online banking platforms
Setting up and managing user access for banking platforms
Collecting and recording CDD
Accurately updating and maintaining files and registers
Supporting investment monitoring, including uploading reports and inputting data
Experience and skills required:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a trust company environment
Previous business support/trust operations experience
Familiarity working with banking platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work well within a team or independently using own initiative
