Responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with the day-to-day administration of a portfolio of clients

  • Building strong working relationships with clients

  • Ensuring a quality service is delivered to clients at all times

  • Identifying ways to improve processes

Experience and skills required:

  • Currently working towards or willing to study towards a professional qualification such as ICSA or STEP

  • Good knowledge of the finance industry in Jersey  

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 

  • Excellent organisational skills 

  • Ability to work well within a team or independently using own initiative
