An entrepreneurial, client focused fiduciary business, is seeking a trust professional to support their team with the administration of a varied portfolio of trust, companies and other wealth structures.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Interacting directly with clients and supporting the Trust Directors in identifying client needs and delivering a quality client service 

  • Building and maintaining strong working relationships 

  • Highlighting potential revenue opportunities and assisting with the collection of fees

  • Understanding and managing any risks and escalating where necessary 

  • Accurately recording time spent on clients 

Experience and skills required:

  • Minimum 3 years’ trust administration experience

  • An awareness of current industry issues affecting fiduciary structures 

  • Either hold or currently studying towards a relevant professional qualification such as ICSA or STEP 

  • Strong organisational and time management skills 

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
