Joining the thriving trust team, you will be administering a mixed portfolio of private and corporate client structures, ensuring client needs are met and assisting with the supervision of trainees and administrators.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Administering a portfolio of trusts, companies and foundations 

  • Forming companies and foundations and establishing trusts

  • Assisting with the onboarding of clients 

  • Dealing with property related transactions, re-financing of existing structures and property sales and purchases 

  • Liaising with third parties, such as lawyers and intermediaries, in respect of assets, liabilities and other matters arising 

Experience and skills required:

  • Minimum 3 years’ trust and company experience 

  • Either hold or currently working towards a relevant level 4 professional qualification 

  • Good technical knowledge of trust company and business administrative, legislative, compliance and regulatory requirements

  • Ability to work well within a team and independently using own initiative 

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients
