Joining the thriving trust team, you will be administering a mixed portfolio of private and corporate client structures, ensuring client needs are met and assisting with the supervision of trainees and administrators.

Responsibilities will include:
Administering a portfolio of trusts, companies and foundations
Forming companies and foundations and establishing trusts
Assisting with the onboarding of clients
Dealing with property related transactions, re-financing of existing structures and property sales and purchases
Liaising with third parties, such as lawyers and intermediaries, in respect of assets, liabilities and other matters arising
Experience and skills required:
Minimum 3 years’ trust and company experience
Either hold or currently working towards a relevant level 4 professional qualification
Good technical knowledge of trust company and business administrative, legislative, compliance and regulatory requirements
Ability to work well within a team and independently using own initiative
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients
