Responsibilities will include:
Managing a team of Administrators and taking an active role their development and appraisals
Participating in and contributing to management meetings and implementing decisions made
Assisting with the allocation of new business
Managing risk exposure by monitoring risk profiles and ensuring procedures are followed at all times
Assisting with the billing and aged debt process
Acting as an authorised signatory
Experience and skills required:
Minimum 10 years’ experience in trust and company administration/ financial services environment
Ideally have completed a professional/relevant qualification to Diploma Level (e.g. ICSA/STEP)
Previous supervisory experience
Ability to effectively manage and motivate a team
Solutions driven attitude and the ability to communicate with clients and colleagues at all levels
