Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a team of Administrators and taking an active role their development and appraisals

  • Participating in and contributing to management meetings and implementing decisions made

  • Assisting with the allocation of new business

  • Managing risk exposure by monitoring risk profiles and ensuring procedures are followed at all times

  • Assisting with the billing and aged debt process

  • Acting as an authorised signatory

Experience and skills required:

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in trust and company administration/ financial services environment

  • Ideally have completed a professional/relevant qualification to Diploma Level (e.g. ICSA/STEP)

  • Previous supervisory experience

  • Ability to effectively manage and motivate a team

  • Solutions driven attitude and the ability to communicate with clients and colleagues at all levels
