In this varied role you will work within a supportive and professional environment, managing a portfolio of trust and company structures, including medium to high risk clients, working competently and autonomously with limited support from other team members.

Responsibilities will include:
Providing trust and company administration services, including progressive client contact in a professional manner and in accordance with regulatory requirements, service levels and company standards
Accurately dealing with all issues and administration related tasks for a portfolio containing some complex client structures
Efficiently handling all communications, ensuring all matters arising are fully and efficiently dealt with whilst providing a high standard of service
Building and maintaining successful relationships with clients within the portfolio
Carrying out comprehensive annual reviews of trusts and companies within the portfolio
Motivating, encouraging and appraising junior members of staff in order that the overall service provided meets with the needs of both clients and the business
Experience and skills required:
Minimum 5 years' trust and company experience
Diploma qualified STEP or ICSA or equivalent
Self-motivated and have the ability to work calmly under pressure
Good level of judgement and logical approach to problem solving
Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with clients, colleagues and senior management
