In this role you will manage a small trust department and be responsible for the day-to-day operation for the administration of trusts and companies, ensuring that an excellent client experience is delivered.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering a first class, personal service to existing and prospective high net worth clients

  • Working closely with fellow Managers and the Directors to assist with business growth in line with strategy

  • Ensuring that the company meets their statutory obligations and requirements by having a thorough knowledge and understanding of all relevant laws, orders and regulations

  • Fostering and developing excellent client and third party relationships, ensuring that every business opportunity is managed to the mutual benefit of both the client and company

  • Ensuring the company’s internal policies and procedures are adhered to, providing technical assistance and advice to the more junior members of staff as required

Experience and skills required: 

  • Extensive and relevant experience and knowledge of the offshore trust industry

  • Full professional qualifications and/or membership of appropriate recognised industry qualification 

  • Strong communication skills both orally and written

  • Excellent time management skills 

  • Ability to manage and develop a small team
