Joining the thriving private clients team, you will take responsibility for the administration of a varied portfolio of trusts, companies, foundations and/or other entities, ensuring client needs are met. You will also assist with the supervision of trainees and administrators.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing an assigned portfolio of clients, trusts and companies 

  • Assisting with the take on of new business

  • Supporting the recruitment process and providing technical advice and guidance to more junior team members

  • Allocating tasks to the team and measuring performance 

  • Acting as a ‘B’ authorised signatory 

Experience and skills required:

  • Minimum 8 years’ trust and company/relevant experience 

  • Ideally hold a recognised professional table B qualification (or be qualified by experience) 

  • Previous supervisory/management experience

  • Proactive and solution-driving approach to problems 

  • Ability to effectively manage and motivate staff
