You will have responsibility for a complex portfolio of clients, ensuring that a high level of service is offered to clients in accordance with relevant mandates and that operational and fiduciary risk exposures are effectively managed.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a complex portfolio of trust and company clients

  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory, risk and procedure requirements at all times

  • Developing relationships with clients, intermediaries, prospective clients and other professional advisors, travelling to meet contacts where necessary  

  • Acting as a minimum ‘B’ signatory  

  • Providing assistance to the Director, including managing operational projects 

Experience and skills required:

  • Minimum 5 years’ trust and fiduciary services management experience, including a good understanding of business development, operational and financial activities 

  • Hold a relevant table 4 professional qualification, along with relevant experience as defined by the JFSC  

  • Good presentation and communication skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills 

  • Client-focused approach
