In this role, you will carry out precise administration tasks in support of a book of trust and company accounts, supporting trust client relationship management.
Responsibilities will include:
Carrying out precise administration tasks in support of a book of trust and company accounts, supporting trust client relationship management
Ensuring assigned activities are efficiently and in accordance with the firm's policies and procedures, legal requirements, governing instruments and with the highest level of client service
Supporting the administration for ultra-high net worth clients and ongoing fiduciary relationships
Communicating effectively with internal and external clients and their advisors
Participating in internal audits and external regulatory exams, and in risk management committees
Experience and skills required:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in trust and company management and administration
STEP qualification or significant progress toward it
Proven experience in an Assistant Trust Officer role
Subject matter expert knowledge and proven technical proficiency in the investment, legal and tax issues relative to trust and/or company management
Strong communication and presentation skills
