In this role, you will carry out precise administration tasks in support of a book of trust and company accounts, supporting trust client relationship management.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Carrying out precise administration tasks in support of a book of trust and company accounts, supporting trust client relationship management

  • Ensuring assigned activities are efficiently and in accordance with the firm's policies and procedures, legal requirements, governing instruments and with the highest level of client service

  • Supporting the administration for ultra-high net worth clients and ongoing fiduciary relationships

  • Communicating effectively with internal and external clients and their advisors

  • Participating in internal audits and external regulatory exams, and in risk management committees

Experience and skills required:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in trust and company management and administration

  • STEP qualification or significant progress toward it

  • Proven experience in an Assistant Trust Officer role

  • Subject matter expert knowledge and proven technical proficiency in the investment, legal and tax issues relative to trust and/or company management

  • Strong communication and presentation skills
