Being part of a committed and thriving workforce, you will be expected to utilise your communication and diplomacy skills and commercial awareness on a daily basis, whilst being responsibility for quality, timeliness and delivery of end results for your team.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing a team of trust professionals and acting as Senior Trust Manager whereby you will be managing a book of trust and company accounts, engaging in trust client relationship management which may include travel

  • Ensuring all accounts are administered efficiently and in accordance with the firm's policies and procedures, legal requirements, governing instruments and with the highest level of client service

  • Communicating effectively with internal and external clients and their advisors on all trust and company matters

  • Assisting with the review of new business opportunities in conjunction with the new business review team

  • Participating in internal audits, external regulatory exams and risk management committees

Experience and skills required:

  • At least 6 years of experience within trust and company management and administration

  • Hold a STEP qualification

  • Proven experience in leading and managing a team; and/or strong subject matter expert knowledge 

  • Technical proficiency in the investment, legal and tax issues relative to trust and/or company management

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Qualification in law, finance or accounting as well as foreign languages would be an asset
