Working collaboratively, you will ensure a proactive and efficient statutory function is provided to clients, including assisting with company formations in different jurisdictions, maintaining statutory records and administering the dissolution and liquidation of companies.

This is an ideal opportunity for a motivated individual with the ability to prioritise and make decisions in a fast-paced environment, whilst delivering a seamless client experience.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Organising and preparing minutes/resolutions

  • Accurately maintaining files and databases

  • Ensuring statutory records are accurately maintained for all trust managed client entities and filings are completed so managed client entities remain in good standing

  • Preparing monthly statistics and assisting with billing

  • Reviewing procedures and identifying opportunities to increase efficiency

Experience and skills required:

  • Excellent knowledge of trust law and company law in offshore jurisdictions, in order to be able to carry out statutory functions

  • Either hold or be currently studying towards a relevant professional qualification such as STEP or ICSA

  • Previous trust and company administration experience and basic accounting knowledge

  • Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders

  • Good problem solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks
