Responsibilities will include:

  • Undertaking a variety of routine transactions 

  • Drafting standard company minutes and trustee resolutions 

  • Administering a less complex portfolio of clients under the supervision of a team leader 

  • Preparing distribution checklists and opening bank accounts 

  • Handling routine telephone enquiries and resolving client review action points 

Experience and skills required:

  • Previous experience in a trust or corporate environment 

  • Ideally be studying or willing to study towards a relevant professional qualification 

  • Basic knowledge of tax compliance issues would be beneficial

  • Strong academic background 

  • Ability to work as part of a team as well as using own initiative
