Responsibilities will include:
Undertaking a variety of routine transactions
Drafting standard company minutes and trustee resolutions
Administering a less complex portfolio of clients under the supervision of a team leader
Preparing distribution checklists and opening bank accounts
Handling routine telephone enquiries and resolving client review action points
Experience and skills required:
Previous experience in a trust or corporate environment
Ideally be studying or willing to study towards a relevant professional qualification
Basic knowledge of tax compliance issues would be beneficial
Strong academic background
Ability to work as part of a team as well as using own initiative
