You will also become involved in business development with exposure to local and offshore clients.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Administering a portfolio of capital markets structures and ensuring clients are managed effectively

  • Preparation of board packs and minutes of meetings

  • Reviewing and commenting on legal documentation

  • Updating client statutory records, databases and registers

  • Reviewing financial statements and liaising with Accountants and Auditors

  • Becoming  a technical expert on client structures, including local and regulatory requirements that are applicable

Experience and skills required:

  • Experience in a similar corporate or trust administration role

  • Studying towards/hold a professional qualification, ideally ICSA

  • Ability to deal with tasks independently and use own initiative

  • Committed and driven to achieving excellence
