In this busy and varied role, where no two days will be the same, you will provide ‘hands-on’ administrative support to the client facing relationship management team. You will have close and regular interaction with the Family Office team, Accountants, Compliance Officers and various external business contacts
This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong administrator wishing to develop and further their career in a growing financial services firm.
Responsibilities will include:
Assisting with KYC/CDD collection during client take on procedures
Supporting the formation and termination of trusts, companies and foundations
Handling documentation and resolutions regarding transactions and restructures
Drafting resolutions relating to payments and settlements, including Loan Agreements and Powers of Attorney
Supporting the preparation for client meetings and following up general matters which have arisen
Experience and skills required:
Strong academic background
Excellent administration skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks
Good numeracy skills
Previous experience in the offshore or onshore financial services industry would be an advantage
