Joining the private client team, you will coordinate and carry out the administration of a varied portfolio, ensuring a quality service is delivered at all times.

Using your previous experience within the trust industry, you will build strong working relationships with clients and in return, will receive a wide range of benefits. Flexible hours can be considered.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Administering a portfolio of trusts and companies for high net worth clients 

  • Assisting with the varied range of client queries and projects

  • Undertaking bookkeeping 

  • Preparing and reviewing trust and company accounts 

  • Reviewing minutes and documents for action points 

Experience and skills required:

  • Minimum 2 years’ trust experience 

  • Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks 

  • Good attention to detail

  • Confident communication skills 

  • Excellent administrative and numeracy skills
