An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Trust Administrator to join a dynamic and modern financial services company, where you will be encouraged and supported to develop your skills further within a friendly and professional environment.

Joining the trust team, you will be responsible for the effective and efficient administration of a varied portfolio of structures and deal directly with clients on a daily basis.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Administering trust structures as per the client's specifications

  • Attending meetings with clients and their advisors

  • Preparing client accounts in an accurate and timely manner

  • Assisting with the collection of due diligence documentation from clients and other third parties

  • Accurately maintaining statutory records

Experience and skills required:

  • Will ideally have a professional qualification to certificate level and be committed to further study to reach diploma/professional level

  • Previous trust administration experience

  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues

  • Sound knowledge and understanding of the regulatory environment and AML requirements

  • Ability to work in a team environment
