As a member of the dedicated and progressive trust team, you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive administration service to an international client base and their structures, whilst maintaining a defined client portfolio.
Responsibilities will include:
Administering a defined client portfolio and undertaking the billing and debt collection for your client portfolio
Establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with the team, clients and client advisors
Providing training to Assistant Administrators, where necessary
Undertaking periodic reviews and reviewing prepared accounts
Preparing written correspondence, Board/Trustee minutes and checklists, as necessary
Experience and skills required:
Minimum 3 years’ trust administration experience
Either hold or currently studying towards a relevant professional qualification
Good academic background, especially in English and Mathematics
Strong prioritisation skills
Confident communication and interpersonal skills
