A highly regarded and independent trust and corporate services provider is seeking a Trust Administrator to provide support to their private wealth team for 3-6 months.

In this role you will support the client relationship manager to develop their relationships with existing clients and ensure a quality service is delivered at all times.

If you have experience of working in trust administration and would like to secure a short term role, this is the ideal role for you.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the day-to-day service delivery needs of assigned private wealth clients

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for your client relationships  

  • Assisting with invoicing and fee collection

  • Providing project support when necessary 

  • Act as a B or C level authorised signatory as required

Experience and skills required:

  • Minimum 2 years’ trust administration experience 

  • Ideally educated to at least A level standard (or equivalent) 

  • Good knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and standards

  • Strong communicator 

  • Excellent time management skills
