Join the expanding team in a modern and dynamic financial services organisation where every day will be different, providing assistance to the trust teams with all client administration matters.

Using your strong organisational skills, ability to work using your initiative and proactive approach to tasks you will support the completion of team goals, and constantly look for ways to do things better, faster or more efficiently.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative assistance, such as photocopying and scanning documents​

  • Assisting with the preparation of payments​

  • Supporting client facing teams during busy transactional periods​

  • Setting up new company files and assisting with the onboarding of new clients​

  • Collecting due diligence and supporting company incorporations​

Experience and skills required:

  • Ability to work well within a team environment​

  • Confident Microsoft Office user​

  • ​Proactive approach to tasks 

  • Good time management skills
