In this client-facing role, you will provide a quality and efficient support service to an assigned portfolio of high net worth accounts.

Responsibilities will include:
Liaising with relationship managers regarding client account requests and collecting client due diligence
Accurately maintaining client information
Acting as first point of contact for incoming correspondence and interacting with clients to ensure an optimal service if being delivered
Assisting in the development of account plans
Experience and skills required:
Ideally completed Regulatory Financial Advisors exams
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a wealth management business
Experience in a client-facing environment and commitment to excellent customer service
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organisational skills
