In this client-facing role, you will provide a quality and efficient support service to an assigned portfolio of high net worth accounts.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Liaising with relationship managers​ regarding client account requests and collecting client due diligence

  • Accurately maintaining client information​

  • Acting as first point of contact for incoming correspondence and interacting with clients to ensure an optimal service if being delivered​

  • Preparing correspondence ​

  • Assisting in the development of account plans ​

Experience and skills required:

  • Ideally completed Regulatory Financial Advisors exams​

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a wealth management business​

  • Experience in a client-facing environment and commitment to excellent customer service​

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills​

  • ​Excellent organisational skills
