A rare and unique career opportunity for a school leaver or graduate with strong academics and administration skills, to be part of a well-established firm which continues to grow within a niche market.

Working in conjunction with the department team, you will provide the company’s clients with a first class world-wide intellectual property registration and maintenance service.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing a comprehensive and outstanding registration and maintenance service for clients, working with foreign agents and ensuring all relevant documentation is in place

  • Reporting filing details and invoicing clients in a timely manner

  • Informing clients of any official actions and relevant charges

  • Checking that the certificate of registration/renewal details are correct and forwarding to clients

  • Providing assistance to the Head of Department as required

Experience and skills required:

  • Strong planning and organisation skills

  • Excellent communication skills 

  • Good standard of written and spoken English

  • Ability to problem solve and negotiate timescales
