Joining the busy finance team you will take direct administrative responsibility for bank reconciliations and bank payments. You will be proactive and approach challenges with conviction, positivity, urgency, efficiency and a smile! You will always look to deliver excellent service and ensure that you are doing the right thing for clients, staff, and shareholders.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Processing bank payments and debtor settlements 

  • Performing bank reconciliations 

  • Supporting the billing process, including creating and raising client invoices

  • Providing assistance to the Head of Finance and Finance Manager on financial and management accounting aspects

  • Updating, scanning, filing and archiving records as necessary, to comply with data retention policies 

Experience and skills required:

  • Minimum 1 years’ previous experience working within a finance team, along with some bookkeeping experience 

  • Ideally hold or be working towards a relevant professional qualification such as CAT or ACCA (or equivalent) 

  • Confident using Microsoft office programmes 

  • Proactive approach to tasks 

  • Good time management skills
