Working within a team of Property Managers, you will assist with the management of all aspects of an assignment portfolio of residential lettings, ensuring an excellent service is delivered to clients.
This is an interesting opportunity to start your career within a commercial environment. You may be required to work some additional hours, as part of an ‘emergency out of hours’ rota.
Responsibilities will include:
Assisting with the client-take on process, ensuring information is accurately uploaded on to the system
Undertaking routing property inspections and following up on any repairs or maintenance identified
Obtaining quotes for contractors and repairs
Reviewing and authorising invoices for payment
Assisting with queries from clients and tenants
Experience and skills required:
Hold a minimum of 5 GCSEs at C grade or above (or equivalent)
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work using own initiative
Previous office administration experience would be an advantage, but is not essential
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Full clean driving licence
