In this role, you will provide administration support for a variety of employee share plan clients, together with providing day to day support to the wider team.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Completing bank account opening/closing documentation 

  • Preparing general cash payments

  • Administering share movement transactions to meet settlement dates 

  • Inputting and processing trade transactions

  • Resolving broker or registrar queries providing customer satisfaction 

Experience and skills required:

  • Minimum of grade 4 or grade C at GCSE level or equivalent in English and Maths 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks 

  • Sound computer skills, able to adapt to and apply new technologies 

  • Attention to detail and accuracy
