A market leading financial services provider with a diverse workforce is seeking an Operations Administrator to join their trust team.
In this role, you will provide administration support for a variety of employee share plan clients, together with providing day to day support to the wider team.

Responsibilities will include:
Completing bank account opening/closing documentation
Preparing general cash payments
Administering share movement transactions to meet settlement dates
Inputting and processing trade transactions
Resolving broker or registrar queries providing customer satisfaction
Experience and skills required:
Minimum of grade 4 or grade C at GCSE level or equivalent in English and Maths
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
Sound computer skills and ability to adapt to and apply new technologies
Attention to detail and accuracy
