You will provide administrative support to the personal lines department, actively liaising with new and potential customers, and identifying opportunities to promote products and services.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Evaluating and preparing quotes, renewals and policies​

  • Answering queries from new and potential customers​

  • Accurately maintaining and updating group databases​

  • ​Issuing documentation in a timely manner

  • Identifying new business opportunities​

Experience and skills required:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills​

  • Proactive and enthusiastic approach to tasks​

  • ​Minimum grade C in GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent)

  • ​Ability to manage deadlines and prioritise workload
