Responsibilities will include:
Evaluating and preparing quotes, renewals and policies
Answering queries from new and potential customers
Accurately maintaining and updating group databases
Issuing documentation in a timely manner
Identifying new business opportunities
Experience and skills required:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proactive and enthusiastic approach to tasks
Minimum grade C in GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent)
Ability to manage deadlines and prioritise workload
