As a Trainee Fund Administrator you will support the delivery of administrative tasks for a varied and interesting portfolio of clients.
Responsibilities will include:
Monitoring incoming emails, tracking requests and preparing draft responses for review
Performing due diligence on clients and investors
Preparing payments for client entities and assisting with the completion of transactions
Attending company board meetings and preparing minutes
Accurately maintaining and updating client information
Experience and skills required:
Strong academic background (minimum grade 5 in GCSE Maths and English, or ABB at A level or equivalent)
Willing to study towards a professional qualification
Team player and proactive approach to tasks
Excellent written and communication skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
