As a Trainee Fund Administrator you will support the delivery of administrative tasks for a varied and interesting portfolio of clients.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring incoming emails, tracking requests and preparing draft responses for review 

  • Performing due diligence on clients and investors

  • Preparing payments for client entities and assisting with the completion of transactions

  • Attending company board meetings and preparing minutes 

  • Accurately maintaining and updating client information  

Experience and skills required:

  • Strong academic background (minimum grade 5 in GCSE Maths and English, or ABB at A level or equivalent)

  • Willing to study towards a professional qualification 

  • Team player and proactive approach to tasks

  • Excellent written and communication skills 

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
