Responsibilities will include:

  • Undertaking day to day administration tasks on an assigned portfolio of private equity investment funds 

  • Developing and maintaining good professional relationships with clients

  • Drafting client and investor correspondence and documentation, board packs, minutes and banking instructions 

  • Collecting due diligence 

  • Liaising with the accounts team to ensure each client’s accounting and financial reporting needs are met 

Experience and skills required:

  • Confident communication and interpersonal skills 

  • Willing to work towards a professional qualification

  • Good attention to detail and accuracy 

  • Ability to work well within a team
