As part of the fund administration team, you will work on a range of matters providing administration, management and secretarial services for established and new real estate and private equity funds.
Responsibilities will include:
Assisting with the distribution of notices, assessing client profitability and invoice tracking
Being involved in all aspects of administration and coordinating company secretarial duties
Daily cash management tasks across a number of bank accounts
Assisting in the creation and maintenance of registers
Assisting with the take-on and set-up of new clients
Experience and skills required:
Educated to A level/degree or equivalent
Willingness to study towards a relevant professional qualification
Excellent communication skills
Strong organisational and time management skills
Office administration skills would be desirable
