As Trainee Compliance Administrator, you will provide support to the business and clients on a range of compliance and risk matters, ensuring regulatory obligations are met.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with compliance monitoring for client entities, including carrying out anti-money laundering checks

  • Updating the action points tracker and recording compliance monitoring findings

  • Supporting the handling of regulatory and internal breaches and complaints 

  • Completing WorldChecks and screening and reviewing documentation from clients 

  • Monitoring and coordinating the completion of internal policy and procedures manual declarations for all new joiners 

Experience and skills required:

  • Educated to at least A level standard (or equivalent) 

  • Previous office or customer service experience would be an advantage 

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

  • Good time management and organisational skills
