As Trainee Administrator, you will support the compliance team and make a key contribution to local and group level compliance tasks.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with the maintenance of various registers, updating the events, conflicts of interest and regulatory update registers

  • Supporting the team with the timely and accurately completion of statutory and regulatory filings 

  • Monitoring the completion of mandatory compliance trainings and maintaining the training register 

  • Promoting a positive regulatory compliance culture within the business

Experience and skills required:

  • Strong academic background 

  • Organised, flexible and keen to learn 

  • Ability to work well within a team and independently, using own initiative 

  • Good written and verbal communication skills 

  • Previous experience working within the Jersey and/or UK financial services business would be advantage
