Gain valuable experience working in a forward-thinking boutique alternative investment services provider, committed to attracting the best and brightest individuals, on a 6 month contract.

Within this role you will provide administration support to the client due diligence team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work amongst highly respected colleagues in their fields, with every day bringing new challenges and where there is always something new and interesting to learn.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Undertaking client due diligence reviews in accordance with company policy and procedures, including conducting thorough reviews and enhanced due diligence as applicable

  • Working with the Assistant Manager to undertake communications with colleagues on client due diligence matters

  • Ensuring immediate and up-coming anti-money laundering obligations are met, planning the client due diligence reviews for the period

  • Reviewing the overnight screening system on a daily basis and ensuring it remains up to date

  • Accurately completing all workflows and check-sheets for tasks in real-time

Experience and skills required:

  • Strong academic background

  • Team player with positive attitude

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with clients and investors

  • Ability to work using own initiative and manage multiple tasks
