Joining the audit team, you will assist with the planning and administration of audit assignments and contribute to the firm’s success by ensuring a quality service is provided to clients at all times.
Responsibilities will include:
Assisting with audit tasks, including pre-audit scoping, identifying audit risks and performing the preliminary evaluation of a client’s internal control structure to identify areas for improvement
Undertaking audit tests and assisting with audit planning procedures
Preparing financial statements and other management reports
Completing allocated tasks to a high standard
Building confidence in dealing with clients, to ensure strong working relationships are built
Experience and skills required:
Good academic background: either 112 UCAS points (or equivalent) or minimum 2:1 degree (or equivalent)
Proactive and methodical approach to tasks
Ability to work well within a team and independently using own initiative
Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
Willing to study towards a professional qualification
