Responsibilities will include:
Delivering a high level of administrative support to the team, preparing basic general emails for review and cover letters
Maintaining and updating client documentation
Preparing payment instructions for online banking systems
Monitoring receipt of funds and providing confirmation when received
Sending out invoices to clients
Producing board packs
Experience and skills required:
Either studying towards or willing to study towards a relevant professional qualification such as ICSA/STEP
Previous experience working in an office would be an advantage, but is not essential
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Clear telephone manner
Team player with a proactive approach to tasks
